A few words to describe what I like most about being a researcher at the Cnam.

Teaching, in all its forms (conference, face to face, online), and to all kind of audiences, but most importantly imagining new possibilities with web 2.0.

Researching, or rather observing, understanding why and how companies, CEOs, employees, and HRM make their decisions.

Publishing, in many forms: scientific articles, papers at international conferences, books and my personal convictions in newspapers.

Sharing, giving lectures before and for Firms about my research interests, such as Managing Talent; Making the difference using one’s emotional skills; Understanding the job-shift owing to digital; Turning managers into collaborative Leaders.

Innovating by designing one of the first French MOOC at the Cnam University on a FUN platform, " From Manager to Leader " with more than 35 000 registered students; by elaborating Business Cases with Danone and Otis companies; by creating the course " HR Digital " together with the Cnam and the ESCP Business School.

Assisting, by supervising PhDs, being part of the peer-reviewers for scientific journals, being in charge of the HR Master at the CNAM University.

Loving what I do and dreaming up the Future through projects.
