Human resources and management professor, researcher and e-learning specialist at Cnam (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) and ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) in Paris, France.  She has specialized in the field of management covering subjects such as Human Resources Management in the digital era and talent and skills nurturing.  In 2015 she created “Le Learning Lab, Human Change” at Cnam where she is project leader on “digital learning and teaching” using action research principles. Cécile Dejoux coordinates the Cnam’s Master program on Human Resources and lectures at ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) and in different French and international companies.  In 2015 the French  government appointed her a Chevalier of the Order of the Legion of Honor in recognition of her work on teaching and research.

Cécile Dejoux was born on August 7th 1966 in Cannes, France. She is a graduate of ISC Paris Business School and worked for Procter & Gamble for three years where she implemented the company’s test-market in Nice. In 1997 she was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration by the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis. She was a lecturer at IAE-Paris Sorbonne and HEC Paris, before being appointed  professor at Cnam. Her MOOC “From manager to leader” has attracted more than 140,000 followers over the past four years in 148 countries.
